Technology and legislation have all changed markedly since we opened our doors in Aberdeen in 1972; yet our principle of providing a specialist, customised service to create the best internal environments remains the same.

As chartered engineers, we still offer the same comprehensive, flexible service that reaches across the UK today, driving diverse projects ranging from cricket grounds and office developments to art galleries and healthcare facilities.
Our Team
As members of professional bodies including the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), we’re in tune with the latest industry developments, research, guidance and legislation. That expertise is built-in to our business, many team members have a long history with us. In fact, each of our partners started out as an apprentice with CCDP.
We know how important it is to develop industry skills and knowledge for the future. We invest in apprentices while they’re gaining their qualifications, giving them important on-the-job experience to complement their academic studies.
